Last updated: August 27, 2026

Perenity Finance Sàrl places great importance on the protection of your personal data. This policy explains what data we process, for what purpose, for how long, with whom it may be shared, and what rights you have.

We process your data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The controller responsible for the processing of your personal data is:

Perenity Finance Sàrl

Email: info@perenity-finance.ch

For any question concerning the protection of your personal data or to exercise your rights, you may contact us at the above address.

2. What data do we process?

Depending on the nature of your request, we may process:

  • first and last name, email address, phone number
  • information relating to your financial, wealth or pension situation, to the extent you share it with us during a meeting or advisory request
  • the content of your message or request

We do not collect any banking or payment data directly through the forms on this site.

3. How do we collect your data?

We primarily collect data that you voluntarily provide, in particular when you use our contact form, request an appointment, or communicate with one of our advisors.

4. Purposes of processing

We process your data to respond to your requests, arrange an advisory meeting, follow up on any resulting relationship, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Your data is never used for marketing campaigns unrelated to your request.

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given by submitting a form, on the pre-contractual measures necessary before entering into an advisory mandate, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us.

6. Recipients of your data

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is only accessible to Perenity Finance Sàrl and to the technical providers strictly necessary (website hosting, email delivery), acting as processors.

When actually setting up a solution (insurance, financing, pension planning), your data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with the relevant institutions or partners — always with your prior consent.

7. Cookies

This site does not set any audience-measurement cookie without your prior consent, given via the banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw your consent at any time below.

8. Data retention

Requests sent via our forms are kept for as long as necessary to process them. If an advisory relationship or mandate results, related documents are kept in accordance with applicable Swiss legal retention periods (up to 10 years for accounting and contractual records).

9. Your rights

Under the FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:

  • Right of access to your data and information on how it is processed
  • Right to rectify inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure of your data
  • Right to object and to withdraw your consent at any time
